Standard Tracked Shipping (2-8 Business Days): A$8
Free Standard Tracked Shipping: A$60 spent and above
Express Tracked Shipping (Next Business Day): A$12
Free Express Tracked Shipping: A$80 spent and above
We use AusPost / Sendle for domestic shipping.
Order Processing Times
Standard tracked orders will be sent out within 3 business days.
Express orders will be sent out the next business day.
All orders will be sent out within 3 business days.

We use Sendle/DHL/Australia Post for international orders.
Shipping times vary based on country:
- Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
- Zone 2 - Asia Pacific (10-28 working days)
- Zone 3 - North America (10-28 working days)
- Zone 4 - Western Europe (10-28 working days)
- Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)
For Express post, it usually arrives within 7 business days for metro areas.
International purchases that are subjected to duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us. Accepted returns are at the buyer's cost.
We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within two days with relevant photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear and tear are not considered as damaged goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not process an exchange but we do accept returns.
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
